Charles Rice-Gonzalez has worked for over 10 years in publicity and public relations field. He spent one year in publishing, 5 1/2 years at Universal Pictures in New York, 2 years with Bronx Borough Fernando Ferrer and nearly 3 years with Repertorio Español before forming RGPR in 1997
